facebook - Importing posts and comments from social medias to website (probably Python backend)

Is there a way to connect and sync a Q&A website like Stackoverflow/Quora (creating a new website of Q&A that does that) to Facebook page, Instagram accounts, Twitter, Tiktok and so on? I mean, once a person posts a question on my website/blog - it's immediately being uploaded to all the website's accounts on social medias. Further more, that once somebody posts a comment on Instagram/Facebook to this question's post on the social media - the comment will appear with all the likes (for rating purposes) on the website.

Why is this good? because most people use social media all the time, but only few use websites that are just for Q&A. It's much more useful to create a website in such way that every individual who doesn't even have anything to do with actually creating a user on a Q&A website - will comment and get rated for his/her comment.

I mean really such technology is so awesome please enlighten me if such technology exists and if it doesn't please tell me how to make this happen because it'll REALLY make the internet a much more global and useful place. (I'm a developer)
