I am trying to install Drush on Ubuntu 18. I see that all of the instructions online are based on the documentation. But the problem with the newer versions (looking at 10.3.2) provided is that they don't have under Assets the source code in the format .phar. And when I try to install an older version one problem leads to another.
So the question is, how to install drush from the source code?
