gcc - Is there an option or way to change the times stm32cubeide retrys when the target is not responding?

Question

I'm trying to look for a way to change the amount of time(s) the debugger tries to reconnect to my board. I'm attempting to figure out why sometimes there are problems only after i send it into "stop1mode". Or is there a way to keep the GDB server open and waiting for a connection to happen again after I use a timer, or wake it up with a button?
